  This workshop series focuses on the occupational and environmental health issues in health care, with a focus on hospital’s contribution to climate change. Nurses will learn ways to contribute to efforts that will bring healthier foods to health care, promote sustainable transportation, and reduce waste.
  

  Learning Objectives:

  1. Define domains of sustainability in health care.
  2. Explore ways in which to promote environmentally preferable purchasing.
  3. Identify hospital’s contributions to greenhouse gases and climate change.
